Should have measured 3meters square but is in fact 2.83 meters square ring to ring which has made it very difficult to fit

The ordering and delivery processes were simple and efficient and a quick examination shows that the sails appear well-made. Have not been able to set them up to test as weather has been windy and wet since they arrived, hence the 4 stars.

Nice strong, solid fixtures

5m sail is good. Does just what we needed it to. Bought the fixing kit to go with it. The only issue we found was trying to get the sail taut enough with the string provided, as it stretched after it was tied. So we ended up using a small ratchet strap. Unfortunately, as we couldn't get the sail tight, water pooled, resulting in the sail being stretched on the first day of use.

Good quality product at a reasonable price. Efficient service from Clara and item dispatched promptly but delivery via Royal Mail parcels slow and their tracking facility is poor. I would recommend Clara sail shades but suggest they change delivery company

Great product and saved in sale.

I was slightly thrown to discover 2 sides slightly longer than the 3rd, but having adjusted the fixing points, the awning fits our space and provides the shade we need. Appears to be well made and good material - we will have to see how it lasts.

High quality fittings

Super fast delivery (next working day). Bought for my conservatory as I am using it as a gym but it's so hot!! Fitted a 4x3m sail corner to corner and fastened a rope to the back in the middle to pull the middle up higher. Worked really well for keeping the heat down and it's now bearable to be in there and even do a workout.

Nicely made and does the job

I was trying to find a product to help with the overwhelming Summer heat in my very large (8m long) conservatory. There was little commercially available to help because of the very large conservatory size.
I spoke to the lovely very helpful team about a custom order, which didnt work for me in the end because of the structure in my conservatory.
I still wanted to try these though, because they looked both lovely and practical.
In the end I ordered 4 of these, 2 for my conservatory, that I custom altered when I got them. (I reduced the length slightly, plus added eyelets for fixings to the sides of the conservatory to stop the Sails from drooping down over the large area)
I am so impressed. The quality of the shades is just excellent. 2 of these side by side under the polyproprlene roof have considerably reduced the heat in the room, plus they look great, like an indoors marquee.
I'd highly recommend these, they are great! (As are the team. Thank you for your help!)

I liked the shade sail and speed of delivery. The team are wonderful, and were very responsive in addressing questions. I would recommend these shade sails - the quality is better than I expected and does everything I wanted.
