Refunds and Returns
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, please get in touch.
Clara Shade Sails offer a no quibble 30-day returns policy. If, for whatever reason, you decide you no longer want your Clara Shade Sail, please just return it to us within 30 days of purchase, for a full refund of the purchase price of the product, but excluding any shipping fees paid. Please note, return shipping is at the cost of the customer.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it
- In the original packaging
If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange.
Please also see that we have a no returns policy on our Nearly Perfect Range so if you have ordered one of these please see the full product description.
To complete your return, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and provide a short description of the reason for return and we will get back to you with details of where to send the product.
When Returning your Product
Please include the original packing note inside the returned order. If you have misplaced this or haven't received one, please include a note to say: Return for Clara Shade Sails, your name, your address, and the order number.
We recommend using a carrier that offers proof of postage/tracking such as Royal Mail, Parcel Force, MyHermes, UKMail, UPS, Fed Ex, DHL etc.
Once we have received the item we will provide you with a full refund via the same method that you paid for the item.
If the item is received later than 30 days from when you first requested the return, we will apply a 10% restocking charge. This will not apply where the carrier has delayed the return.
If you have purchased one of our sails via an alternative channel other than our website, different return terms and process to follow may apply. Please get in touch if you are unsure so we can point you in the right direction.
