What is a Nearly Perfect?
A Nearly Perfect Item is a shade sail, hammock or garden cushion cover from our website, which has been removed from it's packaging but not used, or stock from last season which is still in good condition, but may have some imperfections.
What discounts are applied?
Shade Sails - 20%
Hammocks - 50%
Garden Cushion Covers - 20%
You don't have the size or item I want, when will you have them again?
We usually update our Nearly Perfect Collection stock on the last Friday of each month, so if there is an item or a shade sail shape or size you are particularly looking for, then you can request a back in stock notification and we will email you as soon as the stock has been updated. Simply, go to the Nearly Perfect Product Page for the item you would like, select the shape and size or style (where applicable), and enter your email address.
Can I collect from you to save on the delivery charges?
We are based in Tunbridge Wells, so if you would prefer to collect a Nearly Perfect item, then please get in touch and we can arrange a suitable time. Please note that we cannot offer this option for any of our other products.
Can I return a Nearly Perfect item?
Our Nearly Perfect items are excluded from our usual returns policy, and we do not accept returns on these items. We do check them before they are sent out to make sure they only have minor imperfections, and where there are very obvious issues, we will not send the item out and will get in contact with you.
Do the Nearly Perfect Items have a guarantee?
Yes, they are covered by a one year guarantee from the date of purchase for any manufacturing faults.
