E-Gift Card Terms and Conditions

1. The e-gift card is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase, and following that the card will automatically expire. Any remaining balance will be removed. We have no obligation to remind or inform you of an e-gift card’s expiry and it is your sole responsibility to ensure that any balance is used in full prior to expiry.

2. The value of your Clara Shade Sails E-Gift Card can be redeemed online at clarashadesails.co.uk within the 12 month period.

3. The e-gift card balance cannot be exchanged for cash or redeemed against the purchase of another card.

4. More than one e-gift card can be applied at checkout towards a purchase.

5. The e-gift card code can be used more than once. Where the value of the card is higher than the purchase amount, the residual value will remain on the card until redeemed or the card expires.

6. Please retain your e-gift card after purchase in case you wish to return your purchase within the 30 days return period. Any returned items that were purchased using the e-gift card will have the amount credited to the card.

7. If a partial refund is made for any purchase using the e-gift card along with another method of payment, then any refund amount owing will be credited to the e-gift card in the first instance.

8. Clara Shade Sails reserves the right to amend and update these terms & conditions without prior notice. This does not affect your legal rights.
