Clara Shade Sails 10th Birthday Prize Draw – Terms & Conditions
- Promoter
The promoter of this prize draw is Clara Shade Sails.
- Prize Draw Period
The prize draw opens at 00:01 BST on 8 June 2026 and closes at 23:59 BST on 30 June 2026. Orders placed outside of this period will not be eligible for entry.
- Eligibility
The prize draw is open to all customers who place an order with Clara Shade Sails during the promotion period.
Employees of Clara Shade Sails and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.
- How to Enter
Customers will automatically receive one entry into the prize draw when they place their first qualifying order between 8 June 2026 and 30 June 2026.
Only one entry per email address is permitted during the promotion period, regardless of the number of qualifying orders placed.
Where multiple qualifying orders are placed using the same email address, only the first qualifying order will be linked to the prize draw entry and will be eligible for any prize refund.
No separate application or registration is required.
5. Qualifying Orders
Qualifying orders are purchases placed directly with Clara Shade Sails through the Clara Shade Sails website during the promotion period.
Orders relating to bespoke conservatory shade sails which are supplied, quoted for and fulfilled by a third-party company, are not eligible for entry into the prize draw, even where Clara Shade Sails receives a referral commission.
If an order is fully cancelled and refunded before the prize draw takes place, the associated entry will be removed from the draw.
Orders that receive a partial refund remain eligible for entry.
- Prize
One winner will receive a refund equal to the value of the first qualifying order associated with their prize draw entry, up to a maximum of £100.
If the value of the qualifying order is less than £100, the full order value will be refunded.
If the value of the qualifying order exceeds £100, the refund will be capped at £100.
The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative is available.
- Winner Selection
The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries on 1 July 2026.
- Winner Notification
The winner will be contacted using the email address associated with their qualifying order by the end of 1 July 2026.
If the winner does not respond within 14 days of notification, Clara Shade Sails reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
- Refund Process
The prize refund will be processed using the original payment method wherever possible.
- Data Protection
Personal data supplied during the course of this promotion will be processed solely for the administration of the prize draw and in accordance with Clara Shade Sails' Privacy Policy.
- General
Clara Shade Sails reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw the promotion where necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
By participating in the promotion, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
- Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
13. Winner Announcement
By entering the prize draw, entrants agree that if they are selected as the winner, Clara Shade Sails may announce their first name and county (or town/city) on its website, email newsletters and social media channels for the purpose of administering and promoting the prize draw.
No additional personal information will be published without the winner's consent.
